Call for Observation
The Higher Council of Judiciary invites to look up Thul Hejjah crescent
The Higher Council of Judiciary has invited the people to look up Thul Hejjah crescent, & this is the announcement:
Thanks are made to Allah alone, and may peace & prayer be upon our profit Mohammed, his family, & his friends. The Higher Council of Judiciary announces to the Muslim public in the Kingdom its wish to look up the crescent of Thul Hejjah on Sunday 29 Thul Kea'dah 1420 AH, 5 March 2000, Monday's night which is the complementary of Thul Kea'dah for 30 days, as no one has came informing the Council that he observed the crescent of Thul Kea'dah on Saturday night.
The council wishes from who sights the crescent to notify the nearest law court to him, & register his testimony there. Or he could notify the official authority to his home district if there was no judge to facilitate his testimony. The Council also urges you to care for this, as it counts for the godliness & piety to Allah.
